Loan Draw Inspections
Before lending money to a client, loan providers want to know exactly what they’re getting into. During the Loan Draw Inspection, we write a report for your lender which includes the home’s age, condition, and all projected repairs or upgrades to be completed.
Re-Inspection
After a Buyer’s Inspection, the buyer will submit a list of repair requests to their realtor and the seller. Once repairs are agreed upon and completed, a Re-Inspection can be performed, during which we inspect the changes to the property and make sure all agreements were honored.
